| Au Menu Bistro Maxine is best described as a Crêperie Café where you can be served all day long. We offer a variety of crêpes, savory and sweet, sandwiches, salads, combination meals for breakfast, dinner, all prepared in the French tradition. Our breakfast are extremely popular for brunch on week-end. We also have season specials, like our peach crêpe prepared with brown sugar, salade niçoise, salade lyonnaise in the summer time, sweet potato soup with cumin, lentil soup with curry in the winter time.
