| Les Cafés Bistro Maxine, Crêperie Café...... We have selected Barefoot Coffee Roasters for our coffee and espresso supplies and Barista training. Their beans are top of the line Organic, Shade Grown, Fair Trade certified. They roast their coffees daily in small batches and the result is we get fresh coffee beans weekly. Oh, did we mention training? Yes, all our Baristas are trained by Barefoot professionals, we take it to the next level. We use a manual espresso machine, so all our shots are carefully pulled and monitored, we take pride in how we steam our milk, and the result is..... Well, stop by on an afternoon, order a cappuccino, a mocha, or one of our latte served in a latte bowl, sit down and enjoy it, relax and give us your feedback. |
