Bistro
Maxine Video Presentation

|
Located in
downtown Palo Alto, Bistro Maxine is the perfect location
for French bistro feel and European atmosphere. Opened in June 2006, it
is the only place to offer real authentic French crêpes.
The decor is strongly influenced by a French
café, the bistro
type tables with their brass ring and the rattan chairs were imported
from France, so was the crêpe griddles and equipment. Most
importantly, our batter mix comes from France, and if you are craving
for the original "Galette au sarasin", we offer buckwheat batter as an
option.
In addition, we serve top of the line espresso
drinks; you haven't had
a latte until you try one of ours served in a traditional bowl. And if
you are lucky enough, you might be able to strike a conversation "en
Français", mais bien sur...
